Shipping and Return Policies

Shipment Information:

All orders require a 1-3 day processing time. This does not include weekends or holidays. After your order is processed, it will ship. Please keep in mind that DUE TO COVID-19 and Holiday Peak Season, there could be a delay in transit upon carrier.

If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package re-shipped. If our tracking information states that the item was successfully delivered or signed for, we are not liable to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS or UPS store to open a claim.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to mishandling by the carrier, incorrect address or delays due to weather conditions.

Your shipping cost will be displayed at the point of checkout.

 

Return Policy

Due to the COVID-19 variants:

  • No exchanges or refunds.
  • All sales are final; however, if there are any issues or discrepancies upon the companies end, we will honor a refund or exchange.
  • Order can’t be modified or cancelled once they are processed.
  • Due to resolution, color may vary.
